RENTAL CONDITIONS

RENTAL PERIOD




The shortest rental period is 24 hours. For delivery delays, 1/3 of the daily fee is collected for each additional hour. For delays exceeding a total of 3 hours, a full day fee is charged.




LONG-TERM RENTALS




The minimum rental period for long term rental is 30 days. Special price is applied. You can call us at +90 543 483 07 53 for information about rental prices and conditions.




VEHICLE DELIVERY - VEHICLE RELEASE




HELLO CAR Rent a Car, which provides 24-hour uninterrupted service, you can pick up your car at any time and day.




DRIVER CERTIFICATE - AGE OF USE




There is an obligation to be at least 23 years of age.




ADDITIONAL DRIVE




The use of the vehicle by someone other than the tenant is possible only if the valid identity and driving license of the drivers complying with the driver's license and usage age rules are registered in the contract. If there are no more records and it is determined that the accident was done by the driver without registration, the fuses will be invalid.




ISSUES INCLUDED - NOT INCLUDED




Prices include unlimited mileage right of vehicles, vehicle maintenance costs and automobile insurance. Fuel, bridge, toll charges, traffic fines and insurances, one way fee, vehicle delivery and receiving fees, extra requests such as baby seats and Value Added Tax (VAT) are not included in the prices.




AUTO RENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE VEHICLE TYPES SPECIFIED IN THE TARIFF WITH PRICE AND CONDITIONS.




TRAFFIC FINES




Turkey until the traffic laws in most 120km highway. 90km on intercity roads. and 50km from the city center. allows speed. When parking, follow the PARK PROHIBITION signs. Traffic fines and legal responsibilities to be applied to actions that may arise from non-compliance with traffic laws and the tenant's fault belong to the tenant. Traffic fines that reach Hello Rent a Car after the vehicle is dropped are reflected to the tenant and the relevant amount is collected from the tenant in cash or by credit card. Due to the reason the vehicles are kept by the official or local authorities for whatever reason, the time to pass is accepted within the contract period.
